Getting healthy with Prime Preps

December is a time of indulgence and delicious holiday treats, but January is often the time that people buckle down and try to start eating healthier for the new year.

Let us introduce Prime Preps “Fitness Meals”! We first introduced this new feature in 2025. But it’s coming back in 2026 with a few adjustments to make the meals even easier and better to order and eat!

What are Prime Preps?
Prime Preps are meals we prepare ahead of time for you to be able to have professionally made, healthy meals on hand. They have the right macros for what is considered a healthy meal. Macros, short for macronutrients, are the three primary nutrients that provide energy and are essential for the body’s functioning: carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. We consulted professionals to make these meals, and they’ve been popular! Each one has a cup of protein, a cup of non-starchy veggies, and a one-cup serving of carbohydrates.

Piguet Prime Preps LogoHow does it work?
We publish the menu options each Monday and offer three different entree options: One chicken, one beef, and one seafood. Customers have until Thursday at 5 p.m. to submit an order via phone or text to Carolyn, and then the meals can be picked up between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. the next Monday.

When we return in January, we plan to have a few adjustments to the process to make it easier and better for all involved. We are considering a Google form for ordering instead of requiring a phone call. We are also working on new flavors to add to the mix!
