September 30th
The drinks and hors d’oeuvres start at 6:30 p.m. and will feature a Fall Grazing Table and two custom cocktails: Piguet’s Harvest Peach and a Blueberry Mojito. Dinner is at 7 p.m.
Black pot desserts will be prepared at the chuckwagon during dinner. We are offering the REAL Western Experience!

STEAK UNDER THE STARS - WESTERN EXPRESSIONS
The next STEAK UNDER THE STARS will be a night of Western Expressions, including black pot desserts, our excellent meats, local music, and western-themed vendors.
The Steak Under the Stars event is Saturday, September 30, here at Piguet’s Prime Time. Tickets go on sale at Open Table on September 1.
IN THE SPIRIT OF OUR FARM TO TABLE PHILOSOPHY, this event will be to help further local talent. We are not just about food we are about supporting our local people and economy.
We will also feature the Guthrie-based distillery WanderFolk Spirits, which will host a vodka and bourbon tasting. Formerly Prairie Wolf Spirits, WanderFolk is Oklahoma’s first legal distillery, established in 2012. Its history, however, can be traced back to around the turn of the 20th century.
Another local western-themed vendor will be silver maker Mandy Andris, with items for sale and fascinating demonstrations. Mandy’s jewelry is all individually handcrafted and her shop is located near Bluejacket.

Steak Under the Stars - Derby Day
May 6th
Dinner starts at 5:30 p.m.
This is is a one night only event and seating is limited to only 100.
Seating at 5:30pm
Location Piguet's Prime Time Restaurant at 440622 E 230 Rd Vinita
Make sure to don your favorite giant Derby hats and wear your dancing shoes for this evening under the tent that includes amazing food choices and, of course, dancing. We will have a live DJ for the event.
The drinks for this event will honor traditions at the Derby, including mint juleps and various bourbons. The menu is still being finalized, but it will include prime rib, glazed carrots, baby baker potatoes, homemade rolls, asparagus, a choice of mint cucumber salad or a bourbon wedge salad, and deserts such as creme brulee and cheesecake.
This is going to be a very fun social event so bring your friends and significant other so you can share in the experience together.

Our steaks are Grade A Prime hand-cut from cows raised in Oklahoma pastures. The steaks are beautifully marbled, juicy, and seasoned to perfection.
