It’s hard to believe that this month marks our first year of being in business here at Piguet’s Prime Time. To say we are feeling blessed, excited, and grateful would be an understatement.
It’s because of you, our customers being willing to try us out at first then loving what we offer so much that you’ve been bringing your entire families, meetings, special events, and friends to dine in our restaurant. Thanks to all of you, we have one of the highest ratings on Open Table, our reservation software. In fact, we won the Diner’s Choice Award for 2022 because you took the time to review us!
In the last year, we’ve hosted more than 50 groups and serve anywhere from 80 to 100 people every Friday and Saturday night. We’ve been excited to expand our menu to even include an entire night every week of just barbecue offerings.
We’ve continued to grow in excellence and efficiency as we are always working to master running a restaurant. As most of you know, our founder Carolyn Piguet has operated a catering business for years and adjusting to catering style cooking to restaurant style has been a learning curve. A rewarding lesson, to be sure!
Speaking of learning, we love how you’ve embraced our education opportunities from the classes we host for kids to the newer offerings for adults. We hope to offer even more in our second year so make sure you stay tuned to our social media and blog for information!
As we move forward into year two, we can’t wait to keep providing the highest quality beef and local produce you will find. We hope you will keep us in mind for your weddings, business meetings, special events, or just a quiet evening out with a loved one. No matter why you’re in our restaurant home, we want you to feel at home.
