Piguet’s Prime Time Celebrates 4th Anniversary

We feel like we say this every year, but it’s hard to believe that our anniversary just passed! We opened Piguet’s Prime Time on June 4, 2022, and it’s been an amazing four years!

We first opened this restaurant to showcase Piguet Farm’s beef, but thanks to you, it’s become so much more.

We’ve served thousands of meals out of our kitchen, especially when you combine both the restaurant and the catering business. Our founder, Carolyn Piguet, has been a popular event caterer for many years, but having her own restaurant gives her an easy space to do the cooking and, in many cases, provide the event venue.

Another way that we’ve grown in the last four years is by hiring more personnel. We love our staff as each person brings their own talents and personalities to our team. Our staff may be diverse, but one thing they pretty much all have in common is that they call themselves family. We love having each of our team members, and they tell us they love working here! They love serving the customers and making each person’s experience unique and memorable. They also believe in providing safe, high-quality food from local sources, and, in some cases, some of our employees also provide some of our local food themselves through their family farms.

Carolyn Piguet owner of Piguet's Prime TimeThe Piguet farm-to-fork experience grew even more a few months ago as we opened the Piguet’s Farm Store. It’s open when the restaurant is open and has a growing list of amazing vendors selling everything from local beef to locally made hand soaps.

We love serving each of our customers and strive to make every experience amazing! Our seasonal menus are made with both expertise and love. We look forward to the next year and beyond, when we can grow the Farm Store, catering clientele, and the restaurant as a whole!
