It may still be a bit warm in the air, but it’s definitely Autumn at Piguet’s Prime Time! We are excited to offer several unique specialties this season that you won’t see at most places near here.
Anyone who has been around since we began more than two years ago knows that our menu always includes fresh ingredients no matter what we are preparing and each season we change things up a little bit to celebrate what fresh foods make that season unique. Fall in Oklahoma provides us with some amazing options!
Hunting season is upon us, so what better way to honor that tradition than to serve an even wider variety of local meats? In addition to our amazing wood-fired steaks and traditional seafood assortment, we will be cooking up quail, elk chops, ground buffalo, and Chilean seabass. We feel like all of these are great accompaniments for our usual steak and seafood offerings, and we can’t wait to hear what you think! Which do you think will be your new favorite?
When it comes to new sides this season, you probably won’t be surprised to expect some amazing takes on fall squashes and tubers. Look forward to sides made from butternut squash, acorn squash, and sweet potatoes!
It wouldn’t be a complete meal at Piguet’s Prime Time without dessert. To start out the fall, we will have apple dumplings and carrot cake, and in November, expect some pumpkin and pecan offerings to finish your meal.
Of course, we can’t forget to share about our amazing custom cocktails that will be available! We will have at least three custom cocktails inspired by campfire s’mores, candy corn, and pumpkin!
Whether you come in for your long-time favorite steak or decide to try something new, we look forward to having you in our restaurant. From family gatherings to corporate events, we love serving up our food with style and love! We suggest making reservations through Open Table as we fill up fast!
