Have You Tried Our New Menu Items?

At Piguet’s Prime Time, we love serving up the best of what we can offer, from wood-fired steaks to amazing locally produced and made sides. We enjoy changing up our menu to reflect trends or the changing seasons.

This summer, we’ve added a few limited-edition items that we hope you have tried (if you haven’t, you should!).

First, have you tried our Prairie Blossom? Think “Outback’s Bloomin’ Onion”, but better. It’s gone over really well! It starts with a sweet Vidalia onion and you can order it with Cowboy Candy, burnt ends, or chipotle aioli. You can order it as an appetizer that serves four people or build it into a meal, your choice! Oh, and our Prairie Blossom is gluten-free.

We recently also added some new-to-us pasta dishes, including chicken artichoke, as well as a Beef Vesuvius, which has pasta and a balsamic reduction. We recently served the beef tenderloin dish at a wedding and it went over really well. Finally, we have been serving a lasagna made with our Wagyu beef that is just out of this world.

This summer, we’ve been serving many summer salads and are preparing for our popular fall dessert season, including dishes made with local apples.

Another thing we’ve been excited about that you should know is that our catering business has been super busy. That means that our restaurant has been super busy, too! Get your reservations in, especially for those special nights you want to celebrate. We’re excited to serve you.
