TUSCAN CHICKEN RECIPE
Serves – 4
4 skinless, boneless chicken thigh
1 cup seasoned flour
3 eggs
½ cup cream
2 cups seasoned panko
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Whisk eggs and cream and set aside. Add parmesan cheese with panko and set aside. Dredge chicken in seasoned, dip in egg wash, and finish with coating of panko.
Place chicken on baking sheet and spray with olive oil cooking spray. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degree oven.

Sour Cream Sauce
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of seasoned flour
1 cup cream
½ cup sour cream
Melt butter and add flour and cook till bubbly. Add cream and stir until thickened. Add sour cream and blend until smooth.

To serve chicken:
Place thigh on a plate and add sauce – top with some strips of sun-dried tomatoes
