What makes PPT Special?
Route 66 is filled with many quirky, fun, and historic attractions. Our restaurant may be new, but our history is not. Piguet’s Prime Time is the latest project from Carolyn Piguet and her family. Carolyn’s family has spent generations farming and she works tirelessly to share about local food including on local news, in the schools (she’s a retired FFA teacher!), and local farmers markets.
When you eat at Piguet’s Prime Time, you will likely be choosing our famous wood-stove steaks. But we have so much more on the menu! We are also in tune with unique dining needs and can make recommendations for food sensitivities and allergies.
Most of the food you will find at Piguet’s Prime Time gives a whole new meaning to “eat local” Carolyn raises her own cattle and works with local farmers and ranchers to source pretty much all the food you will find from the pork to the jellies and produce. What she does order, she makes sure is of the highest quality and growing standards.
