We at Piguet’s Prime Time are proud to announce a new service that takes the guesswork out of planning your company or team leadership retreats. As last month’s blog mentioned, we love hosting different agricultural organizations, especially for their annual banquets. We also shared that we would be hosting FFA officer training sessions, including providing the curriculum.
We can customize the curriculum, the food, and, to some degree, even the venue to meet your company or organization’s needs. These customized retreats will be turnkey, and all you and your participants must do is arrive!

Quality Curriculum
Our founder, Carolyn Piguet, is a long-time educator with extensive experience at local, regional, and state levels, teaching adults and students alike. Although much of her experience is in the agricultural education industry, many of the lessons are adaptable to any leadership group or industry.
For example, the lessons at this summer’s FFA officer trainings focus on how to plan the clubs’ Program of Activities, which is the schedule of activities for throughout the year. The sessions also include training sessions on etiquette, a meal, and networking. The chapters involved are getting an all-inclusive, high-quality five hours of training and networking that will not only enhance their club activities, but make them more eligible for awards.
Versatile Venue
Our rural venue has all the modern amenities you will need but we’re in a beautiful, remote location that provides your team the ability to get away from your usual surroundings to get better acquainted with each other and to learn. We have all that you’ll need including tables and chairs, podium, and internet connection.
Our building also allows for outdoor meeting areas for small group sessions or break times. We also have multiple areas that are perfect for a group photo to commemorate the event.
Delicious Food
Last but definitely not least, we naturally have amazing food. We have decades of catering experience and can customize the menu for as many meals and snacks as you need. We are well accustomed to planning meals for a variety of special needs, including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian diets.
