Piguet’s Prime Time moving forward!

COVID and weather may have delayed our plans, but it never stopped them! The Piguets are so excited to share that we expect our very own restaurant to open its doors this summer.

 

You can see what we envision for the restaurant from these renderings and anyone who has enjoyed our perfect wood-fired steak and delicious sides knows what to expect when we finally open our doors. We are firm believers in locally-sourced food and that’s what you will find with Piguet’s Prime Time. As we get closer, you will find more details about our menu on our website.

So, what does our restaurant look like so far? 

The next major step will be in January 2021 when we are set to pour the concrete. The building is already ordered so we expect to start construction in February. Our expert chef Carolyn Piguet has finalized our kitchen design and is getting ready to purchase equipment. 

 

While we love seeing our dreams rise from the ground, we look forward to planning the events the most. We hope to have a Mother’s Day brunch, Father’s Day brunch. Then there will be our Grand Opening, which will be big! Fourth of July will be festive with our close proximity to Grand Lake and Route 66. Then there is the 150-year celebration of Vinita coming up. We can’t wait to serve our Farm to Fork food at each of these events and more. 

We also look forward to being able to plan our popular Steak Under the Stars events again in 2021 and to offer catering!
