Spring Into Our New Menu Items!
It’s March, and the trees and flowers are starting to bloom! We’re “blooming” with fantastic specials that we expect to have through the spring.
Walleye: This fish is a delicate, mild-flavored whitefish. It has a bit of sweetness and is low on the “fishiness.” It is served grilled with garlic butter and is an amazing seafood option!
Brussels sprouts: Our crispy Brussels sprouts are tossed hot in brown butter with smoky chipotle and paprika, then finished with a drizzle of honey and real maple syrup. A tiny bit of red pepper flakes brings in the heat, which is balanced by rich butter and just enough sweetness to keep you asking for more! This side is sweet and a tiny bit spicy. It will truly steal the spotlight on your plate.
Brown Butter Blondie: Finish your meal with an amazing bit of rich, yummy goodness. Our brown butter blondie has pecans and bourbon caramel. It’s a cookie-style treat that is topped with vanilla bean ice cream and the aforementioned bourbon caramel sauce.
