Crab PastaIf the thousands of people we serve every year are correct, the food we serve is already amazing. But we have found a way to make it even more delizioso! 

 

In case you don’t speak Italian, that means delicious! Ahead of us switching out our usual seasonal offerings, we are adding a few items to the menu that will bring a distinct and elegant Italian flair to our offerings. 

 

We are experimenting with a variety of options including different pastas, sauces, and protein combinations that are sure to delight many! 

 

You may have seen one of our dishes, chicken artichoke pesto pasta, on Carolyn’s Channel 6 segment recently. She showed how we make this amazing, yet simple dish that is more exquisite than a simple plate of spaghetti. 

 

We also recently introduced our “Tour of the Grand,” which, like similar sampler dishes in full Italian restaurants, takes you on a tour of the amazing food you can find at our restaurant. It includes seafood lasagna with shrimp, crab claw meat, and smoked lobster, chicken artichoke alfredo served on pesto penne, and the grand slam of the trio: our wood-fired steak (strip loin) with a red onion balsamic topping! We promise you won’t find anything like this at any other nearby restaurant! 

 

What do we love about Italian cooking besides the obvious amazing flavors? Like all the other food you will find at Piguet’s Prime Time, Italians like lots of rich flavors created by herbs and spices, local ingredients, and special regional recipes. We also focus on simplicity and traditional techniques to bring out the best flavor, texture, and smell in everything we cook.
