Piguet’s Prime Time Launches New Menu

We are always excited to offer our diverse menu to our guests, but we are especially pleased to offer our new, elevated menu that we started recently! Have you tried it yet?

Don’t worry, we still have plenty of our amazing wood-fired steak cuts with a variety of other meats that will change slightly with the season. New menu items, such as beef tallow appetizers, creamed spinach, chess pie, in-house-made salad dressings, sauces and soups, as well as several new entrees will elevate guests’ overall experience.

Our philosophy behind the new menu is this: in today’s society, with convenience being the main focus for the hurried lifestyles, hands-on, made-from-scratch cooking techniques have been lost. The restaurant industry is no different than individual’s homes on the availability of packaged and ready-made food items sold by the gross.

At Piguet’s Prime Time, we want to focus on good wholesome food that is made from scratch and done in-house for our diners. This passion of high standard, clean grown, and locally sourced ingredients play a major role in our menu selection. Having accessibility to farm-raised beef on our own premises, locally-grown produce close at hand, and skilled executive chefs in our kitchen, elevates our products that are going to be on the table.

With this new menu, we are culminating all of those attribute into an outstanding menu to be presented to our guests.

Our founder, Carolyn Piguet, has high praise for the staff and the new menu.
