With as hot and humid as it’s been lately, you might not be thinking about planning your holiday group events yet, but you should be! We are already filling up for group events that will happen around the holiday time!
Whether you’re hosting a holiday gathering for 50, or a class reunion for 100, there are a few things we wanted to make sure you knew about having your group enjoy a gathering at Piguet’s Prime Time! We love that you now have the option to join us for your event instead of having to drive all the way to Tulsa or Joplin.
How many can I invite?
You might be trying to figure out what constitutes a “group.” You might be surprised that we don’t consider 15-20 or so a “group reservation.” At least not one where we would rent out the entire restaurant. If your gathering is that small, we encourage you to use our online reservation system so you can be seated more quickly, but that is all the notice we will need.
Now, have a group of 30-40 or more or want a special menu? Then, we will want to work with you in advance to make sure we have everything in place for your special occasion. It might be helpful to know that we can fit between 80-120, depending on if you use our outdoor seating during appropriate weather.
Will the full menu be available?
The contract process will be similar to our catering. You will have access to our full menu, or if you want the process simplified, we can come up with a smaller menu with several options for your guests. We can also have the full cash bar available for your guests.

What are my scheduling options and the rates?
Because we are currently open Friday and Saturday evenings, you have several options for scheduling your group or large meeting. If you rent our facility during the week, it is $500 plus the cost of food. If you would like to arrange a weekend group, the cost is $1,250 plus the cost of food. We can also arrange to have business lunch meetings at our restaurant during the week.
